Company description

QuickPot is a Danish owned chain with 29 full-service car workshops distributed across most of Denmark. In total we have over 130 skilled mechanics and tire fitters and 20 apprentices. Our first workshop was established in 1993 and every year we continue to grow.

We solve all tasks related to service and repair of passenger cars. In fact, we are so confident of the quality of our work we even provide 2 years of warranty.

The key to our success is our low cost service provider strategy. Our goal is to be among the cheapest service providers without compromising on our products and what we do. We are extremely competitive both in terms of price and quality.

Project description

• Analyse financials figures, management, market as well as other influencing factors to find potential cause of a problem
• Analyse and compare findings with well performing branches to test your hypothesis
